I believe oneFile is an alias at this point of your script so try this
command:
open oneFile use doc prefs yes remap fonts no do auto picture import no
If that doesn¹t work, add this to your script above that line:
Log onefile
Log class of onefile
Run the script from script editor and post that portion of the event log.
