Some applications have appleScripts in their bundles that execute.

If you control-click on the application icon, and select show package
contents, then look through what you see you may find scripts.

Note that there are bundles inside the app bundle that you may have to
inspect. Several of the items in the CMI directory are bundles.

As an example, here is the path to an appleScript buried deep within the
Graphic converter bundle on my mac:

"MacHD-G5:Applications:GraphicConverter:Contents:CMI:Rotate JPEG
Lossless.action:Contents:Resources:Scripts:main.scpt"

So, I'm guessing, and this is purely a guess, that somewhere in your version
of Graphic converter, one of those burried scripts was saved from Script
Debugger in debugger mode.
