My informants tell me that the message will be displayed if AppleScript returns errOSAGeneralError (-2700) and this is also the same source that returns "Way too long dude" if -2742 is returned.
However, errOSAGeneralError is typically a wrapper for a more specific error, so that error should never actually appear. Speculation is that you might be able to generate it with a custom script component, but no one has actually tried.
