And yes, this was a definitively stupid question: you already answered it in your initial message... sorry..

Then, since the source code is available (kind of AppleScript Studio project), it should be rather easy for someone knowing about AppleScript's implementation of CS5 and previous versions to provide you with some hints, even by just looking at the project's scripts.

I wouldn't be able to do it, since I strictly don't know anything about CS5 and alii.
But perhaps could you be somewhat more explicit about the way "Pinecode Database Publisher" doesn't work anymore?
For example, log excerpts, error messages, and so on?
