IIRC, 4.02 was an upgrade for iOS developers (see
<http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#releasenotes/General/RN-iPhone-4_0_2/_index.html>),
4.1 is for Lion users, and 4.2 is only available for iOS 5 developers (see
<http://developer.apple.com/xcode/>).
