You rebuilt the Spotlight indexes or the LaunchServices database or repaired permissions or what? All of the above?

What did you search for? Did you search the startup volume? Did you have 'Ignore Case' checked?
Here's the criteria I used:
What happened if you ran the script? Did it reveal the file?
