Hey Deivy,
I can't recall ever seeing one just break. I've seen explicit an explicit 'get' needed to retrieve them, and I've seen record names interfered with in application name-space. But I haven't seen them break.
Your experience is different it seems. The next time you see one break please send me the code if you remember.
