Remote Disks

  • Subject: Remote Disks

I just used this line in a script ...

set remoteDisks to (name of every disk whose local volume is false)

and got a puzzling result. It returns ...

{home,net}

which are "volumes" located in the "Computer" window.
And it includes my iDisk, if it's mounted.

I don't really want to see home or net in the remoteDisks list, but I do want to see my iDisk.

What are the items {home,net} and what do they do?
