Just to be clear, these messages have nothing to do with Smile; they're warning you about various old-fashioned scripting additions. You can safely ignore the messages about "Performance: Please update ... ThreadSafe" -- your scripts may not work as fast when multi-threading, but they'll still work. The "Initializer-based ... not supported" ones are more serious -- you cannot use those osaxen with Lion. It's a security thing.
