Scripting Xcode 4.1

Does anyone know how to get the selected files in the Project Navigator pane of an Xcode project window? If that's not possible, how about the file being viewed in the Standard Editor?

Using Script Debugger's Explorer, I see two "file documents". #1 is not open in its own window, but is buried under a dozen other more recent files when I look in the Recent submenu of that one popup. #2 is the file that is indeed open in the Standard Editor. I see no reason why it only lists those 2 files, or why the visible document is showing up at #2.

Stranger yet is that it shows only one "project document", yet I have 2 projects open and the one being shown in the Explorer is not the frontmost project. I just wanna write some scripts to run Perforce commands on selected files, since Xcode doesn't do Perforce integration any more.
