No. I'm pretty certain that only apps created in Xcode can be submitted to the Mac App Store. I have five ASOC apps in the Store. Cocoa-AppleScripts created in AppleScript Editor (or whatever), while being more or less the functional equivalent of a Cocoa app, cannot.

Don't confuse Cocoa-AppleScript (using the Cocoa Template in AppleScript Editor) with AppleScriptObjC.
