This is a known problem. Newer versions of FileMaker fail to wait for Apple Events to complete and the apps step on each other. Try building short delays in your scripts, or avoid running FileMaker scripts from Applescript, or both.

Also the colon in your text that you are placing in the cell may be causing issues, perhaps the cell validation or format disallows it.
