Re: OS X 10.8 Security & Applescripts - "unidentified developer"

I created a "HelloWorld.app" in applescript that simply tells "System Events" to display a dialog. I saved it and then changed the Info.plist file to include a bundleIdentifier. I then codesigned it with my Developer ID. Then I ran "codesign --display -vvv" which generated about 10 lines of output as expected. I emailed "HelloWorld.app" to a friend to download on his Mountain Lion system using Mail.app.

It generates the following error: "HelloWorld.app is damaged and cannot be opened. You should move it to the trash."

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? Am I missing a step?

I'm running on an older system: Macbook 1.83 Ghz Core Duo with Mac OS X 10.6.8 if that makes a difference at all.
