Set variable to contents of incoming message

Hello All,

I want to assign the content of an incoming message to a variable which will be parsed and saved to a file.  The script will be called from a Mail rule.
I just need help with getting the data into this variable. Here is an example of the message content:

(next line begins content)
Finished Cycle: Aug 17, 2012 9:23:19
Route: New Route
Google Maps URL: http://...
Import URL: http://...
Ride Time: 46:06
Stopped Time: 0:21
Distance: 10.76 miles
Average: 14.01 mph
Fastest Speed: 29.07 mph
Ascent: 787 feet
Descent: 393 feet
Calories: 855
