If you have the script menu showing, then just go into the script menu in Mail and select Open Scripts Folder -> Open Mail Scripts Folder.

You'll find it's ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Mail

Hi

I've written an applescript for Mail to find mailboxes and tried to use it by using the old method of a folder called "Scripts", in this case located in ~Users/.../Application Support/Scripts.

Script Debugger, Text Wrangler and some others have this but Mail does not seem to recognise it.

Any feedback?

I notice that neither of you mentioned what version of Mail you are referring to.

I don't see a Script Menu in version 6.2. And yes, I have a script in the ~Users/MyName/Library/Application Support/Scripts folder.

Like you Robert, I have no Scripts menu owned by Mail.

But my scripts aren't located as yours.

They are in :
(1) scripts delivered with the system
Macintosh HD:Library:Scripts:Mail Scripts:
/Library/Scripts/Mail Scripts/ (in Unix format)

(2) scripts delivered by Andreas Aamann
Macintosh HD:Users:yvankoenig:Library:Scripts:Mail Scripts:
~/Library/Scripts/Mail Scripts/
In fact, it's time to trash them because they are no longer supported by their author which seems to be tired of changes brought by Apple :-(

(3) my own scripts
Macintosh HD:Users:yvankoenig:Library:Scripts:Applications:Mail:
~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Mail/
