That's the name of the executable file -- in the case of Acrobat Pro it's AdobeAcrobat.

But this doesn't help finding where the scripting name comes from -- Acrobat Pro's Info.plist file doesn't list "Adobe Acrobat Pro" anywhere.

But the advantage of using ids instead mean I'm less interested than I used to be...
