The info you look for is in a resource =>
Try this, while having selected your broken alias:
tell application "Finder"
set this_item to the selection as alias
load resource 0 type "alis" from this_item
end tell
This script needs satimage.osage installed.
Or:
do shell script "/path/to/AliasTargetPath /path/to/YourAliasFile"
after downloding "AliasTargetPath" from here: http://www.klieme.ch/pub/AliasTargetPath.zip and installing it wherever you like
