Once upon a time, that was indicative of a term defined by a program that was no longer around.
IOW, the term "DoSomething" was defined in the dictionary of program "X", but program "X" was unknown to the system.
Perhaps program "X" didn't survive the crash/restore, or perhaps program "X" has never been run since the restore (and is thus unknown to the system).
Just a thought...
