No.
The list registration has a feature where you can get a confirmation mail from it, that your email was received.
I turned this on, and now I receive immediate confirmation after having send a mail, that this mail had been received.
So, it does not seem to be the receiving server, but the transfer by the list from receiving to spreading out. That's also shown in extended headers, where one can observe the delay caused by olida.apple.com
