| I asked a similar question in a thread subject: "International Colors" which began on November 5, 2011 2:26:49 PM CDT.
What I wanted was the list of color names as displayed by Finder/Preferences/Labels.
I finally decided that this was not possible and commented: Even worse ... only the names that have been changed are stored in "com.apple.Labels.plist". Therefore, some of the label names will not exist even if the file does exist. What looked like a good idea circles the drain!
