The other thing is that I haven't been able to find a way of searching the archives for a particular topic. I assume that there is some way of doing this?
Usually, this may be done from:
http://search.lists.apple.com
Not for MONTHS now. It's completely broken.
But it happens that the search engine is sometimes down, in which case a Google search, for example, may be of some help:
site:lists.apple.com/archives/applescript-users Detecting a key press
This is the way to go and gives you better search parameters as well.

Many thanks Chris and Axel. I think I did once get to the lists search engine but then couldn't find it again! I'll stick to the Google search. I'm glad I wasn't the only one that couldn't find it, and some bits of the archives.
Kind regards Eric. |
