G'day Ron.

I  haven't changed the projects placement.

However, i found the Snapshots folder, and there was still a file of my project there, so I trashed it, and now i can snapshot the project.

Looks like Xcode doesn't always clean up after itself.

Have you possibly moved Mail Manager.xcodeproj away from it's original place?
Xcode is somethimes kind of touchy when moving files around.
