Comparing with files created here by Office 2008, shouldn't the above be something like this one instead?

	set foolishFile to "Macintosh HD:Users:myAccount:Documents:Données utilisateurs Microsoft:Excel Script Menu Items:Exemples de flux de travail de l'Automator:Convertir le format des fichiers Excel spécifiés\\scg.workflow"
