tell application "System Events" set processlist to name of every process set clipboard to "" & contents of processlist display dialog "" & processlist end tell
processlist
TIA,
try this..
tell application "System Events" set processlist to name of every process end tell
set AppleScript's text item delimiters to return set the clipboard to (processlist as string) set AppleScript's text item delimiters to ""
The result is a list, so as you can see, i've replaced TID's with return to make it format a little nicer. I hope this helps.
Thanks wayne,
You led me to discover that the "set to clipboard" has to be a Finder command.
