Scripting Contacts in Mountain Lion

Fellow Scripters:
I have a bunch of vCards, in folders that correspond to Contacts groups, and I want to import the vCards to the Contacts app and put them into the right groups.
Is there a way to script the import of a vCard file into a group in Mountain Lion's Contacts app?
Is there a way to get the contents of the "Last Import" group in Mountain Lion's Contacts app? (I could do what I want to do if I can somehow address the contents of the Last Import.)
