Hmm... I forgot about that one too... ;-)
I guess that it's because most of the time, the little scripting I do in Mail may be devised the direct way, without resorting to message viewers (the other hypothesis being that I need to eat much more fish than I do).

And here, I guess I'll have to wait until I have jumped to ML in order to fully understand the problem you are describing.
Don't know why, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed...
