how to script QT to export file to mp4 format?

Hello All,

Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to search the archives.
I need to write an applescript that will tell QT Pro 7 to export an .m4v file to an .mp4 format.

Can anyone offer assist, or point me in the right direction?
