Changes in Evernote syntax?

I was trying to copy Federico Viticci's "Send Selected Mail Message to Evernote" script from this blog post
http://www.macstories.net/tutorials/send-selected-mail-message-to-evernote-with-source-url/ but I keep getting a syntax error at the "create note with text" line. I've tried fiddling with it for a while, but so far I haven't been able to make it work. This is with the newly downloaded Evernote 5.5 beta 1, so maybe it's a beta thing. Data point: if I comment out the portion of the script that actually creates the new note and sets its parameters, the script compiles and 'tell application "Evernote"' changes to 'tell application "EvernoteHelper"'. Anyone got the Evernote script-fu to figure this out?

There's really no such thing as translating. It's all a scam. We basically just make stuff up and try to make it sound plausible.
