Yeah, but to Luther's point but under multiple disciplines, terms often are reused and when you hear it and know it in one, you're likely to assume much when you hear that term in another.
You can look at the physical objects and know they are different, but when you see a term you've heard before, it's likely for you to assume it has the same meaning as the one you already know.
