Then, your only cost effective solution is to take a day and downgrade back
to Lion 10.7.
For all intents and purposes, you may as well work under the assumption that
Apple will never fix this problem, because like Shane said, we have no
control over that. Nor will anyone even get a message about it until after
it is fixed (or sometimes half-fixed). Sorry for being pessimistic this
morning.
