Yes. 13 Jan 2013 09:45:06 +0000 (GMT) I'm still considering all options. I don't yet know where this will end.
'launch application …' is such a basic AppleScript command that it should have been fixed immediately. If not fixed in 10.8.3, then I will suspect another problem.
