Weird, it was in there when I copy-pasted I thought...
print pubsubFilepath with properties {watermark:true, text:subfFileName} without print dialog

I can't do that, since I won't know what application will be used (files are a mix of .pdfs, Word docs, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets &c.).
