Ooooooo! That doesn't look good.

I'm not having this problem in Lion, but it looks exactly like what I am seeing in Mt Lion.

On first run, my application responds with "You didn't make a selection in the front window.",
(but the user can see that they DID make a selection), but on second run, it works perfectly.

I'll let you know if I find anything new.
