I'm running 10.8 also, Yvan. Your script returns an error for me on both one or two displays:

With an external connected, the error comes from the external:

Result:

error "System Events got an error: Invalid key form." number -10002 from desktop "Acer V173"

Unplugging the external, the MacBook Pro returns an error on its own:

Result:

error "System Events got an error: Invalid key form." number -10002 from desktop "Color LCD"
