Was poking around at some UI scripting using the 'probe menu' script that apple provides and when directed at FileMaker Pro to 'get every menu' got:

"System Events got an error: Can’t get application process \"Filemaker Pro\"." number -1728 from application process "Filemaker Pro"

Can't find what error -1728 is nor why application can't be gotten… Is this something recent or what am I missing?
