Here's a start from the dictionary;
fixed decimal boolean : All data entered after this property is set to true will be formatted with the number of fixed decimal places set by the fixed decimal places property.
fixed decimal places integer : Returns or sets the number of fixed decimal places used when the fixed decimal property is set to true.
