Thanks for the notice...
A couple times in the past my coloring scheme got clobbered and so I backed up the com.apple.ScriptEditor2.plist, thinking that had the colors ....
But you are right, com.apple.applescript.plist has the formatting, in the key AppleScriptTextStyles.
The general preferences for the AppleScript Editor are in com.apple.ScriptEditor2.plist, but the fonts and colors are in com.apple.applescript.plist (I’m guessing so that they can be used by other applications).
