If there's any ambiguity, you get a compile error telling you to fix it. So you have control over what gets used, more so than before in the case of scripting additions.

In practice I'm sure that tell (or its syntactical equivalent) will still be used a lot, although probably using the property variables rather than spelling out 'application "Blah blah"' every time.
