AppleScript Application icons in Script Menu folders

When I open the Script Menu and navigate to any folder containing
AppleScript application files, the tiny icons displayed are not related to
AppleScript. Rebuilding Launch Services makes no difference. Performing an
in place install of Mavericks makes no difference. I¹m using Mavericks
now, but I¹ve experienced this condition in Lion and Mountain Lion as
well. Is it because the Script Menu doesn¹t expect to find any AppleScript
Application packages there? Thanks.

Laine Lee
