Is it possible that the system continue to use the unchecked version as long as I didn’t reboot ?
Yes, it might well be cached.
If it's that, is it an other way to force the system to use the checked version ?
Quit and relaunch ASE.

Thanks.
Just for see I will repeat the entire process saving the library with a different name and using a different name for the command itself. If, as I assumes, I get the error message, I will quit ASE and relaunch it for see. I will pass the result here.

As announced, I saved the library as moreInfosFor Lib.scptd I ran the caller script which issued the error message. I quitted ASE and relaunched it. I opened the library file and checked the infamous checkbox. When I ran the caller script I got the error message. So I assumed that the version loaded by the editor with the box unchecked was not modified when I checked the box. So I quitted ASE again and relaunched it. This time when I ran the caller, it worked well.
