Consider using 'display notification' instead - if that's enough for your needs and you use Mavericks.

how can I run " display dialog " without stopping the execution of the script?

You can't -- it's a modal dialog, and that's what modal means in this context.

I would like to show a window with " display dialog " and the script will continue to run.

If you want non-modal dialogs, you need either a helper app to display the dialog for you, or to use AppleScriptObjC.
