I believe Bryan is talking about Mavericks-style script libraries, judging from his syntax. You can't specify the path for these; they are expected to be in the Script Libraries search path.
I haven't yet moved to Mavericks. Therefore, questions.
What code would replace my line, above?
Why can't I specify the path for a script library file? Can't I still specify the path to any file or folder? Is there perhaps a 'path to ...' command for Script Libraries?
If you use "old fashioned" libraries there is no change, you may put them where you want and load them from this location. I doubt that iCloud would be an efficient location.
If you want to use the new kind of libraries introduced by Mavericks, you must store them in the official location:
(path to library folder from user domain as text) & "Script Libraries"
Maybe a symlink to an other location like : (path to library folder from local domain as text) & "Script Libraries"
may be an alternate way allowing you to use a single file for several accounts but I didn't test.
Maybe Shane already knows if it works.
