Indesign. That is only inside Indesign blocks.
I don't have the current ID running on Mavericks, but I have a suggestion.
What's I think is happening is that ID has it's own display dialog command,
and since that's inside the ID tell block you're seeing the Adobe dialog
rather than the Apple Scripting Additions dialog.
You can confirm this (or rule it out) by checking the ID dictionary, and if
you find the display dialog command you may find Adobe's version of the
giving up param, if they even have that. (you may also find other options
not in the Apple version).
I'm curious as to how this works out, because in the not to distant future
I'll need to upgrade my production workflow to Mavericks and the current
version of ID.
