Maybe it would help to do what I'm doing for months with ASObjC Runner.
I included it in the list of applications executed on boot.
We may try to ask the system to execute a script loading the library during the boot process too.
With a bit of luck, the time added at boot time will not be annoying and after that, executing the library items will be fast.
