Yes. But I'm only very slowly moving functionality from Script Debugger libraries to the new notation.

ASObjC-libs-only at this time. The regular libs are still SD-libs, because I don't wan't to have to change the syntax in several hundred scripts.

So far I haven't written any myself.
I want to, but lack of time, energy, etc has kept me from spending much time yet on learning the necessary syntax.

Normal.
I'm pretty sure I will write a few with sdefs eventually if/when it comes time to replace some osaxen.

I used the load-script method of loading a library before moving that functionality to Script Debugger libraries, so I've been using them for a very long time now.

Yes.

I think it would be very nice to be able to do that, and perhaps it would facilitate debugging.

One!!!???
I'd like for Apple to make all of their apps functionally scriptable (including Preview thank you very much), beef up the dictionaries of Mail and others in ways that actively make them more useful, and pull out the supersize can of RAID for bugs new and old.
