Yeah, I'd recommend sticking to #2, unless you're a total masochist
(in which case knock yourself out). There's very little we users can
do to improve the AppleScript platform working from the outside
unless Apple are interested in working with us from the inside.
Which, I'd say from experience, they're not. But hey, AppleScript is
their toy after all, to do with as they wish. (Even break it.)
