mavericks changes

Returning to look at AppleScript after a while. Intrigued by some of the new Mavericks features.

I understand there is some new stuff relating to script libraries.  I wonder if some sort of package management system can be made for ApppleScript now....

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good review of the changes Mavericks brings to Applescript.  I am having difficulty locating much in the way of a review or list of new features
