Mail script causing odd things to happen…

  • Subject: Mail script causing odd things to happen…

Hi all,
Last night I sent the Mail script I'm using (thanks for the feedback, by the way). It works on my machine, and someone here said it works on theirs. The user, though, reports that after 17 minutes (the timeout is 15) Mail is still locked up, but there is a new message composition window on the screen, the body of which contains the string he searched for. You saw that there is no command in my script to compose a message of any kind. How is this even possible? Are there permissions he needs to enable that I haven't thought of? I must be missing something, since it works on two other machines but not the user's machine. Any ideas?
