Well no, that's the sort of think it can't help with. It gets back to my point about not being able to stick its nose into other apps' business.
However, if the app is scriptable, like the Finder, and it's window has a zoomed property, as many including the Finder do, it behaves the same as it always has.
I'd also add a word of caution about relying on ASObjC Runner. I basically stopped updating it once Mavericks came out, so although it seems to be working with Yosemite, I wouldn't rely on it long-term. I suppose I should add a similar command to ASObjCExtras.framework.
