G’day scripters

Unfortunately the freebie desktop clearer script I posted yesterday has a problem; when the file size of the App increases due to saving the files internally, the Application Accessibility gets reset, and re-asks to set itself.

I’m re-writing it to save the files to the users Preferences folder, but would like to add the ability to short-cut setting the Accessibility.

I’ve got a partial ‘one shot reset’ script, but not knowing much about shell scripting, can’t work out how to set the Accessibility for a specific App.

Could anyone help please?

Regards

Santa

set thePassword to text reurned of (display dialog "I need to set 'Application Accessibility' for this application." & return & return & "Please type in your Administrative password." default answer "")
do shell script "touch /private/var/db/.AccessibilityAPIEnabled" password thePassword with administrator privileges —< How do I set this for specific App?
